Best Poker Rooms Las Vegas

The best poker rooms in Vegas are classy and spacious. And extremely expensive, so bring your A-game!

The Las Vegas poker rooms with the best players, with the most money, will forever be the ones at Bellagio, the Aria and the Venetian. All the most experienced and most famous players come here to strike up a game every weekend. All these places have lots of tables and great service in addition to the players that will kick your %^&# and take your money. It's just like high school all over again!

  • Bellagio Las Vegas: This poker room has 7-Card Stud, Hold-em, Omaha 8, Mixed Games (hi-lo, lo-ball, etc.). They spread from limit $4-$8 up to $30-$60 and no-limit up to $5-$10 or higher if they can get the players. They've got bigger stakes and better dealers than most places in Vegas, so watch out newbies. They can smell you a mile away. This is widely known as the most luxurious Las Vegas poker rooms in the city. If you're good enough, they might even let you into the exclusive poker room, Bobby's Room. We don't know nothin' about that fancy room though.
  • Aria Las Vegas: With limits from $3-$6 on up and an occasional mid-limit game, the Aria room is swanky. They have No-limit starting at $1-$3 and going up to $5-$10, and even higher when the rich folk are in town.

Caesars Palace Poker Room

Poker in this palace is fun and nonsmoking, with less smoke than any other of the other nonsmoking poker rooms in Vegas!

Best Poker Rooms in Las Vegas for Beginners

Even the rookies might strike gold in these Las Vegas poker rooms

  • The MGM Grand: They've got Texas Hold'Em from $3-$6 and some other mid-level fixed-limit tables. They also have several no-limit games available starting at $1-$2 if you're feeling fancy. The poker room is conveniently located right at the casino entrance, so you really can't miss it if gambling is your goal. Of course, that's what they're hoping happens, so if you are a beginner you might want to use the back entrance of the casino.
  • The Mirage: This place has a healthy mix including Omaha, Stud, and Hold 'Em. There are limits in all ranges going all the way to $200-$400 in the back room. We aren't invited there. The No-limit games range from $1/$2 to $2/$5 with buy-ins from $50-$1000. The poker room is nonsmoking but don't worry, you'll still get your nicotine fix from the second hand smoke in the rest of the casino. The best thing about the Mirage is that it's got games for players of all ages and have lessons for super nubes.

Maybe you came to Vegas to test all the poker skills you've learned playing every week with the boys from work or the girls at your senior center. Maybe you're just way to drunk and think it's time you try your luck and learn a new trade. Either way, there are Las Vegas poker rooms to accommodate you and you'll meet a bunch of other people in your same boat. Pick wisely so you don't lose all your moolah though, unless you're the drunk beginner, then you might be out of luck no matter what.

Just like the pot, you want to find the hotels with the highest number of chips if you're looking for the best Poker Rooms in Vegas.

Las Vegas is the gambling capital of America, and every hotel competes with the others to have the best casinos and poker rooms in Las Vegas. Some hotels and casinos take pride in their cheap Vegas gaming to attract people like us, while others take pride in the luxury accommodations, high stakes and professionals that they keep readily in stock.

Many of the best poker rooms in Las Vegas are located in the best hotels in Vegas. The poker rooms at the Bellagio, the Venetian, the Aria and the Wynn are all super fancy and you better have a lot of money if you plan to stay here long enough to get a free drink. You should probably come with your own skills as well, because the only reason they take kindly to beginners here are when they're squeezing every last dime from their pockets. These are no mercy kind of places.

Other poker rooms in Las Vegas are great for beginners. Some have classes once a day, others have classes all day every day. Places like Caesars Palace, the MGM Grand, and the Mirage all know that every gambler was once a beginner, and they don't mind showing them the ropes. The longer you play, the more money they might eventually get out of you.
