El Cortez Vegas (Downtown)
$5 Pai Gow, mini baccarat, and $3 blackjack that still pays 3:2. Craps is usually $3, and the 10x odds are still a great deal. Quarter roulette can be spinning on four wheels and it is available for the brave soul willing to throw away a couple bucks on a high-risk wager.
Gold Spike Hotel (Downtown)
The blackjack tables is a fine $3 during the day and with 3:2 on blackjacks on one table and lousy 6:%on the others. Expect the games to cost more at night.
Plaza Las Vegas (Downtown)
$5 blackjack tables. Go big or go home, right?
The craps game is $2 minimum at slow times with 5x odds. They have pretty low limits in the rest of the casino. Some $4 blackjack (yes, we double-checked, they have the only $4 games we've ever seen), $10 Pai Gow, and dollar roulette with a $4 minimum are available.
We saw $5 blackjack and craps (and up to 100x odds!!!) during a slow time. Roulette had 50-cent chips and a $2 minimum. You want cheaper? Head across the street to the Longhorn. Just bring a gas mask with you.

From those silly pennies through the roof. An improved selection of video poker with decent full pay. They don't have full-pay double bonus, but they do have full-pay video poker, even at the nickel level.
The Palms (Off-Strip)
Slots from a nickel to the sky. There are 2000 machines and that includes an insane number of the newer video slot machines and more dollar slots than should be allowed to legally assemble in one place. There's a ton of nickels, too.
El Cortez Vegas (Downtown)
From a nickel on up. They have good nickel and quarter video poker, plenty of full pay, and thanks to renovations, there is actually room to move around now.
A decent selection with many video poker machines. Most of the video poker is not full-pay, however if you look hard you will find some. Plenty of those penny video reel slots.
Silverton Casino (Off-Strip)
Over 1000 machines that include a wide variety of nickels and a ton of video poker varieties. This place really caters to the nickel and quarter players, and you will find just about every variation of video slots in those denominations that your god has chosen to create.

$25 blackjack and double deck blackjack tables.
There are some ten dollar shoe blackjack games, not dealt from an actual shoe. But if it were, it would be a Mahnolo Blanik. Look for a $10 table or two at craps may open with 3x4x5x odds.
You won't get a seat on one of the fancy leather chairs in here for less than $10, and usually it takes more, especially on weekends. Roulette has $1 chips with a $10 minimum bet. Craps is 3x4x5x.

The room is massive (they claim it's the world's largest, and we can't think of any reason to dispute them, other than general orneriness. We're not sure if all the lights just happened to have burned out every time we visit or what, but this is one dark room. In addition, the little smoke-free Fan Cave is a comfortable spot to watch sports. There are a number of good video poker machines nearby. It's a good book, it's just too bad it's inconvenient to truck all the way out here.
Bally's Vegas (Strip)
For you high-rolllas, there is a super swank VIP room with sofas and real nice TVs. It's cavernous and a bit noisy because of the floors and high ceilings. And, god knows, you want your sportsbook quiet as a church. Still, it's one of the best in town. It's not near the casino, but at the back of the property behind the Avenue Shoppes, on the way to the monorail.
Like the 21 Club in New York, you feel like a big, rich cigar-chomping hotshot watching sports here.
The massive room is divided into separate sections for race and sports books, both of which are enormous. There is also a lounge seating area, which is always a plus if you're watching with friends.
The room is not bad at all. The screens are good, and the surroundings are fine.

7-Card Stud: Hold-em: Omaha 8: Mixed Games (hi-lo, lo-ball, etc.), they spread from limit $4-$8 up to $30-$60 and no-limit up to $5-$10 or higher if they can get the players.
Stud, Razz, Omaha, Hold 'Em, or so they say. Expect mostly Hold'em with some Omaha. The limits vary for games with the widest range for Hold 'Em, but expect No Limit from $1-$3 and limit from $3-$6 on up. They even have some high-limit games when there is demand.
They have limit from $3-$6 on up, with an occasional mid-limit game. They have No-limit starting at $1-$3 and going up to $5-$10, and maybe beyond on occasion.
Texas Hold Em from $3-$6 up to some mid-level games for fixed limit. They also have several no-limit games available starting at $1-$2. They also say they deal stud, Omaha and mixed games, but mostly expect to find Hold'Em.
They'll pretty much deal anything, especially Omaha, Stud, and Hold 'Em. There are limits in all ranges, including some low-limit, like $3-$6 Hold 'em up to $200-$400 in the back room. Sometimes it goes even higher. The No-limit games range from $1/$2 to $2/$5 with buy-ins from $50-$1000 buy-in. You can find Omaha too, starting at $4/$8.
